Responsibilities : 

• Systematically grow the lifetime value of each network pharmacy through introduction of new high-value commercial activities, products/services and revenue streams
• Build a sophisticated understanding of Jeeon’s unique value propositions and build custom offerings based on the pain points it helps solve for various commercial/ nonprofit/government clients.
• Maintain a segmented sales pipeline of all organizations who would benefit from these offerings, and systematically close high value partnership deals that create recurring revenue streams
• Build and manage a team of B2C sales and B2B business development / relationship managers.
• Plan, develop & execute nation-wide Sales & distribution strategy to deliver products to Jeeon pharmacies/locations
• Closely collaborate with the digital marketing team to market products and services to Jeeon pharmacies
• Work closely with Operations, Product and Growth teams to ensure synergy and build a consistent brand for Jeeon among pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
• Minimize market fraud and ensure compliance across commercial functions.
